Your information is securely stored by specialist cloud storage providers which are GDPR compliant and have ISO and SOC 2 certification. These are the same providers used by those familiar everyday names you use on a daily basis for online stores, accounts, and data storage app’s.

Authentication (2FA)

As you use adeus, the most visible thing we do to help you protect your info is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), protecting access to your adeus account through time-sensitive codes that are sent to your nominated email address and entered whenever you log in.

Passwords

Don’t share passwords, it's rule #1 of online security. We don't store your passwords for any accounts you record in the adeus digital vault.

If you want to securely store passwords, we recommend you use the password manager on your phone or computer (iOS and Android). These include an additional layer of security with biometrics, for example FaceID or TouchID on Apple iOS, and are the gold standard for keeping your passwords safe and secure.

Penetration Testing (Ethical Hacking)

What is Penetration Testing? To beat the hackers, you need to think and act like them. That's why we partner with a cyber security company to test our systems. According to them they're the good guys that work like the 'bad guys'.

Our cyber security partner hunts out any vulnerabilities, backdoors and cyber weaknesses, and their skilled Ethical Hackers (Penetration Testers) probe and attack our networks and systems using the most current techniques and tools available - just like a real hacker would.
