Why do we ask you to provide at least one Key Contact before you starting using the adeus Digital Vault? 

One of the key benefits of the adeus Digital Vault is it helps your loved ones to locate your assets, account details, valued information and your instructions to them quickly and easily to ensure they can act on your wishes. 

 We'll only provide access to your named Key Contacts after you pass away.

How to add a Key Contact

Click the Key Contacts button in your adeus Digital Vault.

Add your Key Contact’s name(s) and email address(es) into the fields and click the Add Now button to save their details.

We will send them an email to confirm their email address is valid. Don’t worry, we won’t contact them to market to them, we just want to ensure they know you have a digital vault with adeus, and know how to contact us if they need.

We will also provide them with the opportunity to create an adeus digital vault of their own…free of cost…if they want.

How this fits your My Legacy Plan

Adding your key contacts is one of the steps in your <strong>My Legacy Plan</strong>. Once you have added at least one key contact, this step is marked complete and your Legacy Plan progress moves forward. You can see your overall progress and your next steps on your My Legacy Plan dashboard.
